Again our loved festive seasonal coffee, which now is part of out standard line of 'all year' coffees under the name of 'La Mariposa'
This coffee blend is a whole celebration. It is our lovely Christmas release blended from single origin microlots from Colombia and Costa Rica - Tarrazu. Coffees grown nice and high at 1700 MASL, these coffees mature under limited sunlight and cool temperatures, resulting in a complex, balanced singular expression of smooth and great coffee flavour.
Medium light roasted for pour over or cafetiere or medium high roasted for espresso this coffee has a fruity raspberry complexity, with fresh hazelnuts and chocolate notes... ahh! of course, Cheer hints.
This coffee evokes warm weather Christmas spirit everywhere. Available worldwide and highly recommended!
