In the coffee gift subscription box you will find 2 bags of 200g of the selected coffee which will be elivered in an appropriate box and coffee will be delicately wrapped. Apart from these bags, you only will find some information about our methods of roasting and why Coffee Gems is a very unique artisan coffee roaster.
Yes, at Coffee Gems you can choose their preferred delivery date during the checkout process by writing a note in the box of comments at the checkout page, otherwise you can reach out to us and request a specific delivery date. Please, note that the purchase date will be taken as default to generate future delivery dates.
Of course, please let us know your preferences and we can send the kind of coffees of your choice
Mainly there is one difference between these two choices. In regular subscriptions you will receive the coffees of your preference periodically and will be charged in this way until you wish to stop the subscription anytime. Coffee gift subscriptions is a one off purchase where you decide if it is for 3, 6 or 12 months. Once the time comes to the last delivery, you will receive an invitation to subscribe to any recurrent subscription. The rest of choices as frequency and type of coffees are manageable the same in these two kinds of subscriptions.
Of course, in the admin panel of the subscription website you will find the way to set up your preferences in terms of frequency, type of ground or type of coffee. You just need to login to your account, click on the address tab under subscription details and then edit the address. Otherwise you can send us an email with the information that you wish to update and we are happy to support you
For fixed-term (3 month/6 month/12 month) gift subscriptions,auto-renewal will also apply in accordance to your delivery frequency but only within the duration of the fixed-term. We will not auto-renewal when it reaches the end of the term. Instead, we will let you know by email when the last subscription gift box has been sent to your address in the fixed term and we will ask if you want to renew your subscription for another term or continuously. For customers who give a fixed-term subscription as a gift, the reminder email will also be sent to the recipient should they wish to continue to receive regular boxes and to take over the subscription themselves.
In reference to any update of your subscription please refer to question No. 6. As our coffee gift subscription is a one off product you can’t cancel your subscription, just need to wait until the end of the term (3 month/6 month/12 month).
