Fantastically interesting talk and tasting of artisan roasted coffee. Ricardo the host grew up on a coffee plantation and is passionate about coffee roasting and ensuring producers are fairly paid for the beans they produce.

I visited Coffee Gems for a Coffee Journey Experience. It was an incredibly informative 3 hour session - Ricardo is the perfect host and person to guide everyone through how coffee is made. He’s got an excellent mix of both personal experience and a wealth of expertise. It was an excellent experience and I’d highly recommend.
